1st wedding anniversary

Yesterday was our first wedding anniversary. How did we celebrate it?

In the morning, we planned to drive our baby to town for the first time since she was born. The sky was dark and rain threat was very real. So, the plan was cancelled. Instead my wife with her mother and sister-in-law (and kids) went to town for shopping. She spent RM750 on optical stuff. Luckily, I can claim optical expenses from company. So, I was alone at home with our daughter... and she gave me the best prize (first time!) :) Guest what was it.

In the afternoon, I thought we could have sometime for ourself. The septic tank overflowed! The septic tank was pumped 2 months ago (paid Rm350). So time to work again... drove all the cars out, opened all covers and started the detective work. The tank has 2 problems - 1. rain water can go into the tank and 2. the boiler from tank to drain was blocked. It was about 60 feet long boiler! Tried various tricks - all didn't work. In the end, we got 2 buckets and started taking *** out - bucket after bucket. I think we (my brother-in-law and myself) did about 2 hundred buckets. Cleared the boiler after the level in tank was low. It was another tricky task. We started at about 1.30pm and finished about 5.30pm. That was mine. For my wife - she did her hair that afternoon. Tiring and smelly afternoon.

After dinner, I went to our room to clear some stuffs. I was ironing my shirt when brother-in-law with his daughter knocked on door. I opened the door, saw his daughter's face turned pale and quiet. She is 2.5 years age, smart and very playfull. She would call me "Uncle" everytime we meet. She being too quiet is a bad sign - her sickness came back.

She for that past 2 months has been admitted to Miri GH for 3 times. The gap is exactly 2 weeks. Each time she had to spent 3-4 days in the hospital for dripping. Just dripping only. So far, doctors has failed to find the problem. The symptom is she would vomit and vomit for days (3-4).

This morning, she was admitted to hospital again for the forth time. All had sleepless night.

A 1 foot long black snake came into the garrage this morning. My mother-in-law scared of snake and supertitious about it.
